Hey, I'm Neda

Registered dietitian and personal and group fitness trainer. And I've been exactly where you are.

I was doing everything "right" — or at least everything I was told was right. Training hard, eating carefully, tracking everything — and still feeling completely stuck. My energy was inconsistent, my body wasn't changing, and nothing I tried seemed to add up. Something had to change.

So I went back to school, earned my degree in nutrition, and became a registered dietitian. For the first time, I understood what was actually happening in my body — how metabolism, digestion, and training all work together, not against each other.

Slowly, things changed. I got stronger, my energy came back, and I finally felt in control of my body — not through extremes, but through a sustainable approach that actually fit my life.

Today, that's exactly what I bring to every client: the science of nutrition and the power of strength training, working together — so you don't have to figure it out alone.
