Do You Accept Insurance ?

I am currently out of network with insurance providers. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits I can provide you with a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider directly to understand your coverage before we get started.

How do we get started?

Just fill out the questionnaire and I will take it from there. Once I review your answers I will reach out to schedule a complimentary 30 minute session where we can talk about your goals and get to know each other. There is no pressure or commitment — just an honest conversation to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Is everythign online?

For now everything is fully online. Please note that services are currently available in select states due to dietitian licensing regulations. Fill out the questionnaire and I will confirm whether I can work with you in your state. A physical location is coming soon and my newsletter subscribers will be the first to hear about it

Are you a dietitian ot Nutritionist ?

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN or RD). Unlike the title 'nutritionist' which anyone can use without any formal training, a Registered Dietitian must complete 5+ years of education, a 1200 hour internship, and pass a national board exam. It is a protected and regulated credential that means you are getting evidence-based advice from a qualified professional. Your health deserves nothing less

Is this about restrictive dieting?

Absolutely not. We focus on feeling good and building strength without harsh restrictions.
